  • All orders are processed within 7 to 21 business days as products are shipped from our warehouse in Louisville, USA.

  • After processing, we offer the following shipping methods:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-14 business days for international orders.

    • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders and 5-7 business days for international orders. (Additional charges apply)

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over $50.

Order Processing:

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order:

You can easily track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping.

International Shipping:

Skinzin ships internationally to most countries. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages:

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative delivery address. If we are unable to reach you, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and we will issue a refund for the order amount, excluding shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly and offer you a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
